We provide best customer satisfaction in terms of service quality and rates. We repair most of the regular fridge models commonly used in Singapore. We provide good workmanship and after repair warranty of 30 days to give you the necessary peace of mind.

Repair Process

1. Call us at +65-85116346 or email to info@fridgefixsg.com to arrange for an onsite assessment by our technicians.
2. Our technician will call you back soon to schedule an appointment with you at your convenience.
3. Post diagnosis our technician will provide the break-up of the  total cost of repair and spare parts required.
4. Upon your go ahead repair will be carried out.
5. Receipt will be provided to take care of 30 days warranty.

Note: We generally keep stock of most common spare parts but if some non-regular spare parts are required to be sourced from the company, it may take slightly longer to source the parts.

Transport Charges

We seek a small charge per visit as a token of appreciation for the technician for his time spend on visiting our customers to provide prompt services. We thank you for your appreciation on this and the company does not make any margin on this. Our regular diagnosis and transport charge is SGD 40 on the first visit only which is adjusted with the repair cost in case you proceed with the repair.
